Here's the first two items I made for Christmas, cranberry and almond biscotti, and some chocolate fudge with icing sugar sprinkled on top, as if it isn't sweet enough.  lol   Sure enjoying baking and giving it away to friends that don't bake at all.

This weekend, coming up, is the last ISHW and I'm looking forward to it.  My first piece to work on is the Mill Hill Cardinal Christmas band kit.  I just started this and mostly beading so far, only a few cross stitches.  Then if I complete this I am going to move on to the 5th piece of 6 from the Lucie Heaton Snowy Christmas.  So much fun to stitch and quite quick as well.   Happy Stitching everyone!  :)

  5. Oh, they both look wonderful, Anne! I usually do my Christmas baking at Thanksgiving and freeze half for the holidays, but I may have to add a couple of new cookies this year, too.

    Pretty WIP!! Enjoy :)

    1. I agree Carol with baking early and freezing. This year I;m trying not to eat so much of it, so just baking and giving, because I know if I put it in the freezer I will nibble away at it! lol Love to see your goodies too! :)

    1. Thanks Julie! They are yummy! :) I don't drink coffee any more though; gave it up when I quit smoking years ago, but tea works for me. Will post a new pic of band next week after the ISHW. :)
