Oh I just can't help it!!  It is so funny!!  And what a great idea!!  Check out what Kate says over at her blog  with the world ending Dec 21st!!  I can't stop laughing!   Happy Stitching everyone.

I couldn't resist sharing this vintage card that my Mom and Dad had personalized way back in about 1950 to send to their friends.  And I truly want to wish all of my followers and fellow stitchers around the world a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year for 2013!!  (Because I believe we'll still be here stitching away at the things we love!! )   :)

  1. just saw it on Kate's blog =)
    so funny
we are the 21st here and nothing happened =D
Maybe in a few hours, but it's too late to go and give my fabrics to Kate (even if I would love to fly to her and taste her shortbreads =D)
have a wonderful Xmas too sweetie
and real lovely card you parents made years ago !!
    big big hugs

    1. Thanks so much Valma! I treasure this card! My Mom truly loved poinsettias. Wasn't that just so funny!? I've been stitching away and nothing has happened here out of the ordinary as well!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! :)
