Hope you enjoy my early present to you.   Here are the colours, of which there are only 4 for the entire pattern:
corner blocks - Christmas red           DMC 321
holly berries  - Christmas red             DMC 321    
holly leaves  -  Christmas green          DMC 699
lines above holly  - Christmas green    DMC 699
veins on holly  - Pistachio green          DMC 320
letters -  black                                    DMC 310
